Pine Tree Training in Action!

On Saturday November 11th over 30 Scouts from TRC Troops 323, 690, 576 and GNYC Troop 787 spent the day learning knots, lashing, rope making, splicing & building a variety of Pioneering projects. Some of the projects completed were a Chippewa table, waterfront chair, campsite gateway, patrol table & a monkey bridge.

Opportunities are available for scouts to complete tenderfoot, second class and first class advancement requirements as well as completing several requirement towards the Pioneering Merit Badge.
